Sunningdales' courses help you make more sales- credits are just "icing on the cake".

Commitment
to Quality
.

Sunningdales promises its students to provide a high quality education program that is relevant and valuable to the real estate industry.

Several provinces have Continuing Education Programs whereby real estate licensees are required to complete approved courses and earn credits before licenses will be renewed. Typically, there is a mandatory course in each licensing cycle which is determined by the licensing body plus elective courses which it approves.

Sunningdales is an approved education provider of elective courses for several provincial real estate associations across Canada. The credits allowed for each course are shown on the Courses page on this website.

On satisfactory completion of any course, confirmation is sent by Sunningdales to the governing body, association or local board so that they may award the credits. In some instances, they may charge a processing fee.

Students are urged to check with their provincial body to confirm course eligibility for continuing education programs as they may change from time to time. There may be other conditions to be fulfilled before they award the credits.

Some courses are eligible for “continuing professional education” (CPE) credits and to ensure that the material has been read and understood there is a quiz at the end. The quiz is sent along with course material and they may be completed and then faxed or emailed back to Sunningdales for approval. A pass-mark of 70% is required. On satisfactory completion, a certificate is sent to the student and the provincial governing body is advised, if required. Records are kept for 4 years.

Online courses also have quizzes to ensure comprehension of the material and certificates are automatically sent on satisfactory completion.

The answers to the questions are all in the material supplied and are designed to be straightforward. Most are “multiple option” or “true and false” with just a few which require a short “word answer”. In the event that any difficulty is experienced in completion of quizzes, students may email Sunningdales at any time for advice and help.
