Who We Are
Sunningdales has been providing quality education programs for the real estate industry for over 15 years and has over 20,000 students across Canada. It was founded by Pat Sims who has extensive real estate experience in residential and commercial sales and leasing; appraisals; property management; land surveying; investment; development and financing.
He conducts a number of classroom courses on a wide variety of topics and is an approved education provider for several provinces. He also provides training services for numerous local real estate boards and national brokerages.
Additional services have included authoring courses for licensing together with mandatory education and electives for continuing education programs.
Privacy
No information about students will be provided to another company or organization for any purpose except for registering credits with provincial governing bodies. Credit card information provided to Paymentech is subject to their privacy policy as described in their material posted on their web site.
